All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 14 days of the invoice date within the Netherlands, and 20 days for overseas orders. All requests for returns however, would need to be strictly made online at www.nimies.com for both local and overseas deliveries.Any Earring purchased cannot be returned because of hygiene and safety issues.This helps customers receive brand new,unworn jewellery.
